I first made this dress in 2017 for the Palm Cove markets in Cairns. I would make it from pretty floral or paisley fabrics that were perfect for floating amid market stalls or wandering endless beaches. The full skirt and voluptuous top give it a relaxed feel with lots of graceful movement.
It was featured in Graziher Magazine style section photographed by Vicki Miller Photography. It was constantly a sell out style, and always custom ordered.
This design has been tucked away for years now, waiting for the perfect fabric to take it from paper to a ready to wear wardrobe essential that will always be eagerly awaiting your next 'throw on' outfit.
